Hi, I’m Simon Morgan — born and raised in Chapel Hill and a lifelong Carolina fan. Real estate has always been a passion of mine. From exploring investment opportunities to dreaming about owning multiple properties and eventually starting my own real estate business (maybe even starring on a TV show!), I’m excited about every part of this industry. But what I love most is connecting with people and helping them navigate one of life’s biggest milestones.

Community is at the heart of everything I do. From supporting Scroggs Elementary to planning future projects with Culbreth Middle and Carrboro High, giving back to Chapel Hill is just as important to me as growing in real estate.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the golf course, hanging out with friends, or cheering on Carolina basketball, football, and following the NFL. Sports, community, and connection keep me grounded — and inspire the energy I bring to every client relationship.
